Job summary

Bamford Contract Services Ltd is seeking a practical and reliable Multi-Skilled Handyperson to join a Build to Rent accommodation maintenance team on a part-time, ongoing basis in Rochdale. You will handle a range of maintenance tasks, working independently with initiative to keep properties and communal areas in excellent condition.

The role requires hands-on experience across general maintenance and several trades, good communication, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities maintenance, accommodation maintenance or a similar role.
• Good all-round maintenance and repair skills.
• Experience across several trades.
• A proactive approach and good attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in Build to Rent, student accommodation, residential property, hotels or hospitality would be advantageous.
• A DBS is preferred but not essential.
• Availability to start 3rd November.

Pay Rate: £20 per hour CIS

Our client, a leading provider of Build to Rent accommodation in Rochdale, is looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Handyperson to join their maintenance team on an ongoing part-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative, Handyperson, Maintenance Technician or Property Maintenance Worker with practical experience across a range of general building and maintenance tasks.

The Multi-Skilled Handyperson Role

You will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance and repairs across a large Build to Rent accommodation site, ensuring properties and communal areas are kept to a high standard.

Multi-Skilled Handyperson Duties may include:
