Ultrapharm – Pontypool, part of the Finsbury Food Group, is recruiting a Multi‑Skilled Bakery Operative to support daily production across multiple lines, operate equipment safely, and uphold high hygiene and food safety standards.

You will participate in training to develop multi‑skilled capabilities, work as a reliable team player, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production or manufacturing.
• Ability to operate production machinery and follow plans.
• Strong awareness of health, safety and hygiene standards.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day production across the site, moving between lines and tasks.
• Safely operate machinery and follow production plans to meet quality standards.
• Complete production and compliance paperwork accurately.
