Qualifications
Possession of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification is mandatory.
Experience with electrical installations or equivalent qualifications is essential.
Candidates must demonstrate manual skills and knowledge of refurbishment techniques.
Responsibilities
Maintain, install, and refurbish fabric and equipment across the estate.
Monitor and repair GBS buildings to ensure a safe environment.
Assist in the planning of refurbishment projects and travel to other campuses as required.
Skills
18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations
Previous experience in building maintenance including M&E systems
Manual skills, knowledge of refurbishment techniques
Familiarity with COSHH requirements
Full, clean driving licence
