Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in building maintenance including M&E systems.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience managing documentation and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and refurbish equipment across GBS estates portfolio.
• Monitor the condition of buildings and undertake repairs.
• Assist in planning refurbishment projects.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

Manual skills

Knowledge of refurbishment techniques

Full, Clean Driving License

Education

City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent
