Qualifications

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification is required.
• Must have electrical installations qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Experience in building maintenance and knowledge of M&E systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and refurbish facilities across GBS UK campuses.
• Monitor and undertake repairs and renovations of buildings.
• Assist in planning refurbishment projects.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations

Building maintenance including M&E systems

Manual skills

Familiarity with COSHH requirements

Interpersonal skill

Full, Clean Driving License
