Qualifications

• Certification in 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Experience in building maintenance including M&E systems.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance of buildings and equipment.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance management.
• Assist in refurbishment and fit-out projects.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations

Previous experience in building maintenance

Manual skills

Knowledge of refurbishment techniques

Flexible and proactive approach

Familiarity with COSHH requirements

Interpersonal skills

Full, Clean Driving License
