Lancer Scott is seeking a field-based technician to provide fire door maintenance for a Premier Inn client across the Basingstoke area. The role involves ensuring compliance with building regulations and client SLA requirements, with duties spanning installation, documentation, and fault resolution.

Ideal candidates will have experience in general Building Services Maintenance, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records across multiple systems.

Responsabilités

• Carry out maintenance of Fire Doors for a large hospitality client ensuring all works meet building regs and current legislation and are completed within the required SLA’s.
• Install and make good plasterboard, skirting and boxing in on a range of different spaces.
• Assess each job and produce a quote detailing hours required and materials.
• Liaise with the client and explain technical specifications of the products.
• Certify each job meets required standards and provide paperwork for the clients records.
• Update the job log with notes and upload relevant documentation.
• Ensure all required materials are requested and delivered to the correct address.
• Purchase additional materials and equipment if necessary.
• Support the Account Manager and Billing Team with query management to aid invoicing.

Working with the Premier Inn to provide a comprehensive Fire Door maintenance service across the Basingstoke area, ensuring all legislation requirements are met and the quality of work is to the client’s satisfaction.

• Carry out maintenance of Fire Doors for a large hospitality client ensuring all works meet building regs and current legislation and are completed within the required SLA’s.

• Ensure all required materials are requested and cross check with the helpdesk to make sure they are delivered to the correct address.
• Purchase additional materials and equipment if necessary.
• Liaise with the client on any queries and be comfortable explaining any issues/challenges on a job.
• Support the Account Manager and Billing Team with query management to aid the invoicing process.

• Experience in general Building Services Maintenance work
• Well developed communication skills and able to work successfully with both internal and external stakeholders
• Able to produce clear and professional notes and emails.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and maintaining accurate records
• A problem solving mindset, with a practical application
