Join to apply for the Multi Skilled Engineering Technician role at Müller UK & Ireland.

Location: Bridgwater

Contract Type: Permanent, 4 on 4 off (7 AM - 7 PM, 2 days / 2 nights)

Role Overview: As a Multi-Skilled Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for delivering scheduled and reactive maintenance across the site. Your role involves diagnosing and resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime, and identifying improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings proficiently.
• Use automation skills for fault finding and remediation; strong electrical skills (HNC level) and sound mechanical skills are required.
• Complete all maintenance tasks including PM, CBM, CI, and corrective actions; contribute to FMEA activities as needed.
• Identify and implement operational improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Completion of a recognized apprenticeship.
• Preferred: HNC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with electrical competence.
• Advantageous: Experience with automation CI tools and techniques.
• Proven maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Desirable: ONC/HNC, IOSH/NEBOSH certifications.

Shift Details: 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights (2 days, 2 nights).
