Job summary

Cranswick Gourmet Bacon is seeking a Nights Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our Engineering team. You will maintain machinery, plant, and systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production across FMCG lines.

You will work closely with Production, Operations, and Quality teams, supporting continuous improvement, complying with food safety regulations, and delivering timely updates to other departments.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Engineering qualification with apprentice training preferred.
• FMCG machinery experience required.
• Minimum Level 2 Food Safety certification.
• Strong communication and organisational skills; reliable and team-focused.
• Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and deliver results.

Responsibilities

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Nights Multi-Skilled Engineer to join the Engineering team at Cranswick Gourmet Bacon. You will be responsible for maintaining machinery, plant, and systems to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production. Working closely with Production, Operations, and Quality teams, you will play a key role in ensuring reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
