Equans is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer (Mechanical / Plumbing) to join the Wheatley Contract, based from Bellshill. You will deliver planned and reactive maintenance, focusing on water booster pumps, valves, and large diameter pipework, while maintaining safety and compliance across the site.

The role requires a recognised mechanical/plumbing qualification, strong fault-finding skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Proven experience in commercial/industrial plumbing and mechanical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Execute all PPM tasks per maintenance specifications and log progress.
• Carry out reactive maintenance and repairs, raising quotations as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and plumbing systems on site.
• Supervise subcontractors and maintain safe working environment.

This is a full-time role working on average 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of up to £38,000 per annum depending on experience and in addition you will receive an excellent benefits package.You will be the key point of contact on-site, ensuring all planned preventive maintenance (PPM), reactive, and breakdown works are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
