Execute all PPM tasks in line with maintenance specifications, accurately logging work progress and completion using PDA and CAFM systems.
Complete and submit all required paperwork, E-Forms, and supplementary documentation promptly.
Manage reactive maintenance tasks promptly, reporting plant failures and raising quotations as needed.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and plumbing systems, including water booster pumps, valves, and large diameter pipework.
Perform Point of Work Risk Assessments and ensure safe working practices are followed, including the use of PPE and adherence to permit to work systems.
Monitor and supervise subcontractors during site maintenance activities.
Maintain a clean and safe plant room environment and ensure tools, vehicles, and test equipment are regularly audited and in safe working order.
Participate in a regional on-call rota for emergency call-outs outside normal working hours.
Foster positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors while maintaining the professional image of Equans.
