Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Multi-Skilled, Electrically biased Engineer to join the Cambridge team. As part of the on-site Facilities Management team, you will lead electrical maintenance tasks while supporting mechanical and general building services activities.

You will perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on M&E systems, monitor building operations, and oversee contractor work to ensure safety and compliance in a facilities environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management/Maintenance Engineering.
• Experience with Reactive and PPM (Planned Maintenance).
• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of M&E systems.
• Lead electrical maintenance tasks and support mechanical and building services activities.
• Supervise and inspect work by outside contractors (HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and respond to emergencies as needed.
