Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services Limited is seeking a skilled Multi Skilled Engineer to join our Sheffield Family Court contract. Based from Sheffield Family Courts, you'll carry out a variety of maintenance and repair activities to keep the building safe, functional and well-maintained.

Qualifications

Experience delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
Recognised trade qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2).
Experience in building maintenance, repairs or property services.

Responsibilities

Carry out PPM works and responsive repairs.
Perform plumbing, painting and decorating tasks.
Tiling and general fabric maintenance.
Deliver work efficiently using a handheld device (training provided).
Maintain high health and safety standards and customer service.
