Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Multi Skilled Engineer to join the team operating Bath to Southsea. You will perform Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance across plant, equipment and building services.

The role requires hands-on fault finding on 3-phase systems up to 440V, alongside risk assessments, safety compliance and effective collaboration with site services. Overtime, nights and weekend flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Recognised or time served apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical maintenance.
• Strong manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Electrical qualifications up to 17th Edition (City & Guilds 236 Pt 1-2).
• Mechanical qualifications to standard of City & Guilds Mechanical.
• Experience with 3 phase motors, drives and inverters; hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Ability to fault find and troubleshoot complex equipment.
• Ability to supervise contractors and write risk/method statements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage risks to the client through equipment on site; update drawings and preventative maintenance programs.
• Perform Electrical and Mechanical maintenance on plant, equipment and building services.
• Fault find on all types of machinery and support safety initiatives.
• Liaise with onsite Site Services to resolve building services issues.
• Work on three-phase systems up to 440V and operate hydraulic/pneumatic/electrical systems.
• Use CAFM and emails/calendars to plan and document works and risk assessments.
• Overtime including nights/weekends may be required.
