Job summary

Skillmatch Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer for a leading UK facilities management contractor. You will deliver both planned and reactive FM maintenance across critical assets, including generators and UPS systems.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation with AM2 and 18th Edition; you will follow health and safety procedures, support AP duties, and maintain high housekeeping standards as part of a diverse, long-term career path.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation with AM2.
• 18th Edition (BS 7671) qualification.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, plant, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance, testing and fault-finding on critical assets including generators and UPS systems.
• Complete repairs and update maintenance work orders accurately and on time.
• Use appropriate tools and test equipment safely, understanding their limitations.
• Follow strict health and safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (no live working).
• Support Authorised Person (AP) duties and maintain high housekeeping standards.
