Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is representing a well-established business in Avonmouth seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and preventative maintenance to maximise equipment uptime.

You will join a team in a manufacturing/industrial setting with a Monday–Friday shift (Shift Rota) and a salary between £40,000 and £49,500, with opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-skilled maintenance with an electrical bias.
• Minimum Level 3 electrical engineering qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with electrical fault-finding and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Fault-find electrical and mechanical faults and perform repairs.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience with a strong electrical bias.
• Minimum Level 3 electrical engineering qualification or equivalent.
• Experience carrying out electrical fault-finding and maintenance.
• Background within manufacturing, industrial, warehousing or the Armed Forces.

Requirements for the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Experience with planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
• Ability to fault-find on electrical and mechanical systems.
• A proactive approach to maintenance and problem-solving.
