Job summary

CARDEA RESOURCING LIMITED is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our dynamic team in Corby on a full-time, permanent basis.

This role involves a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, with competitive pay starting from £50,000 per year depending on experience. You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring the functionality of our automated cold store facility, including work at heights and in extreme temperatures.

Your expertise in electrical and mechanical maintenance while adhering to health and safety standards is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experienced Multi Skilled Engineer required.
• Able to work at heights of 40 meters +.
• Able to work in sub-zero temperatures of up to -23 degrees.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-planned and reactive maintenance throughout the site.
• Ensure the warehouse operates effectively in extreme conditions.
• Perform continuous improvement on site systems.

Job description

Our client is one of the fastest growing providers of cold chain logistics and temperature controlled supply chain solutions, based in Corby.

Due to growth, an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Engineer has become available, to join the company on a full time, permanent basis.

The role will involve a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, rotating days and nights (06:00-18:00/18:00-06:00).

The annual salary offered is £50,000 plus, depending on experience.

The role primarily involves conducting pre-planned and reactive maintenance throughout site, including at heights of 120ft for an automated cold store facility, operating at minus 23 degrees ensuring the warehouse is always operating effectively as possible.
