Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical

Birmingham

Up to £39,000 + Company Van + Fuel Card

As a Multi Skilled Engineer you will be the person clients trust to restore systems fast, prevent failures and deliver small projects to a high quality standard. This opportunity is permanent and based in Birmingham. You will be working within various commercial and domestic properties.

Performance Objectives

• Resolve 90 % of reactive calls (electrical, plumbing, mechanical) on first visit and within agreed SLAs, restoring full operation the same day.
• Deliver 100 % of planned preventive maintenance on schedule
• Scope, quote and complete small building-fabric and M&E projects on time and within budget, generating additional revenue.
• Maintain zero RIDDOR incidents and 100 % compliance with all H&S, electrical and water regulations on every job.
• Build trusted relationships that convert 80 % of first-time clients into repeat or contract work within six months.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven multi-skilled experience; repairing leaking toilers, patching / repairing tiles, painting and decorating and if possible changing door handles / locks.
• Current 18th Edition and relevant plumbing/electrical qualifications plus CSCS or equivalent.
• Track record of completing small projects from survey to handover while controlling cost and quality.
• Ability to work unsupervised, communicate clearly with clients and keep accurate digital records.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to be on a reasonable reactive rota.
