Estuary Housing Association is recruiting a multi-skilled electrician for its Property Services team on a fixed-term contract up to 18 months. The role is full-time and on-site, with a rota that includes out-of-hours call-outs for emergency work.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds 2365 Diploma in Electrical Installations level 3 or equivalent.
• City & Guilds 2391 inspection & testing qualification.
• 18th Edition BS 7671 wiring regulations qualification.
• AM2 assessment or equivalent competency.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical responsive repairs, planned works and property improvements across occupied and empty homes to safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, testing and fault-finding per current legislation.
• Diagnose faults and deliver first-time solutions within timescales and budgets.
• Manage materials, tools, equipment and vehicle stock to be cost-effective.
• Undertake allocated out-of-hours call-outs for emergencies.
• Maintain health and safety compliance and risk management.
