Job summary

EBS is seeking a qualified Multi-Skilled Electrician to join our expanding team in Leeds. You will carry out reactive repairs, installations and maintenance across commercial and domestic properties, applying fault-finding skills and ensuring safety standards.

The role offers a company van, fuel, uniform, PPE and training, with overtime opportunities and a strong focus on customer service. You will work independently and communicate professionally with clients.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• City & Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ building maintenance experience.
• Practical knowledge of multiple trades.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with customers.

Responsibilities

• Electrical installations, repairs, fault finding and maintenance.
• Lighting repairs and emergency lighting testing.
• Electrical inspection and testing.
• Basic plumbing repairs, including taps, toilets and leaks.
• General carpentry, joinery, painting and decorating.
• General building fabric and facilities maintenance.
• Responding to reactive call-outs and completing planned maintenance.
• Completing job reports, photographs and relevant documentation.
• Maintaining high standards of safety, workmanship and customer service.

About the Role

EBS is looking for an experienced, fully qualified Multi-Skilled Electrician to join our growing team.

We need a reliable, hands-on professional with strong electrical fault-finding skills and experience in general building maintenance. You will work across a variety of commercial and domestic properties, carrying out reactive repairs, installations and planned maintenance.
