Job summary

Autocraft Solutions Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an enthusiastic electrical bias technician with mechanical skills to join a multi-skilled maintenance team. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across the site, with potential rotation of shifts and travel between Belton, Grantham, NG32 2LY and Long Bennington.

The role requires strong electrical fault-finding, PLC and safety control knowledge, and the ability to work with production teams to minimise downtime.

Qualifications

• Recognised electrical engineering qualifications with certificates (City & Guilds/ONC/HNC).
• IEE Regulations qualification.
• Experience in operational team with varying disciplines and skill levels.
• Understanding hazards and controls in machinery and industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Repair production plant, equipment, building infrastructure and site services with maintenance team.
• Troubleshoot and fault-find on plant and equipment.
• Install new plant or modify existing installations.
• Carry out planned inspection routes on process plant and perform proactive maintenance.
• Log maintenance activities in the CMMS (Agility) and follow safety procedures.
