Job summary

Skillmatch Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Engineer Bias to work in a diverse role with varied daily tasks. You will deliver planned and reactive FM electrical maintenance across the site, supporting long term career progression within a large UK facilities management contractor.

The role requires knowledge of the 18th Edition BS 7671, ability to read drawings, and a proactive safety mindset.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) is required.
• Proven knowledge of electrical systems, plant and control equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings, specifications and procedures.
• Experience in maintenance, FM or engineering environments.
• Self-motivated, proactive with strong organisational skills and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the site.
• Perform testing, fault-finding and diagnosis with safe methods.
• Assist with wiring, calibration and alignment using test equipment.
• Follow safe systems of work and health and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and participate in toolbox talks.
