Job summary

Skillmatch Recruitment Ltd is assisting a leading UK facilities management contractor to recruit a Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Engineer Bias for a diverse, critical environment role.

You will deliver planned and reactive FM maintenance, perform routine PPMs, carry out repairs, and ensure CAFM-documented tasks are completed accurately on a Critical National Infrastructure site.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent
• 17th/18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
• Experience using a range of maintenance equipment
• IPAF 3A & 3B certification
• Basic mechanical and BMS knowledge for multi-discipline work

Responsibilities

• Conduct multi-skilled maintenance across electrical and mechanical disciplines on a Critical National Infrastructure site.
• Carry out routine PPM tasks and planned maintenance.
• Complete reactive repairs and electrical installation work as required.
• Ensure documentation is completed accurately and reported through CAFM system.
• Support general building maintenance activities when required

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Engineer Bias who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Engineer Bias, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

You will be responsible for:

• Conduct multi-skilled maintenance services across electrical and mechanical disciplines on a Critical National Infrastructure site.
• Carry out routine PPM tasks and planned maintenance in line with scheduled dates.
• Complete reactive repairs and electrical installation work as required.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and all reactive tasks are reported through the CAFM system.
• Support general building maintenance activities when required

To be successful for this Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Engineer Bias role you must have:

• City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent).
