Job summary

EnerMech is seeking an Advanced Scaffolder/Rigger for a permanent role on a North Sea contract, operating on a 3/3 offshore rotation. The role requires CISRS Advanced Scaffolder, Level 3 Rigger, and offshore certifications (BOSIET/MIST).

Banksman/Slinger tickets are preferred, with offshore experience essential. You will work within the Cranes and Lifting discipline, maintain scaffolding, conduct weekly inspections, ensure LOER compliance, and follow Lift Plans with proper risk assessments.

Qualifications

• CISRS Advanced Scaffolder certification required (offshore).
• Level 3 Rigger certification required.
• Banksman/Slinger ticket preferred.
• BOSIET/MIST certificates valid.
• ERT/HERTL/HLO/Fire Team Leader may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain scaffolding and oversee all aspects of construction & fabric maintenance.
• Carry out weekly scaffold inspections & record keeping updating registers.
• Ensure rigging / erection work is completed in compliance with LOLER regulations and to a high standard of safety.
• Understand Lift Plans.
• Undertake Risk Assessments (RA) to complete work scope safely.

The Role and Responsibilities

An exciting new permanent opportunity has arisen within our Cranes and Lifting department for an Advanced Scaffolder/Rigger/Deck Crew. The role will be to work on a 3/3 rotation based in the North Sea. The opportunity is to work on a new contract with promising longevity.

Duties will include;

• Maintain scaffolding and to oversee all aspects of construction & fabric maintenance
• Carry out weekly scaffold inspections & record keeping updating registers
• Ensure at all times that all rigging / erection work is completed, in compliance with LOLER regulations and to a high standard of safety
• Understand Lift Plans
• Undertake appropriate Risk Assessments (RA) in order to complete work scope in a safe and controlled manner

The Role and Responsibilities

To be successful for the position it is essential you hold a CISRS Advanced Scaffolder and Level 3 Rigger certificates. Ideally you will also hold a Banksman/Slinger ticket as well.

You will have previous offshore experience and hold valid BOSIET/MIST certificates.

It is preferred but not essential if you also hold all or some of the following certification; ERT, HERTL, HLO, Fire Team Leader.
