Job summary

EnerMech is seeking an Advanced Scaffolder/Rigger for a permanent role on a North Sea contract, operating on a 3/3 offshore rotation. The role requires CISRS Advanced Scaffolder, Level 3 Rigger, and offshore certifications (BOSIET/MIST).

Banksman/Slinger tickets are preferred, with offshore experience essential. You will work within the Cranes and Lifting discipline, maintain scaffolding, conduct weekly inspections, ensure LOER compliance, and follow Lift Plans with proper risk assessments.

Qualifications

CISRS Advanced Scaffolder certification required (offshore).
Level 3 Rigger certification required.
Banksman/Slinger ticket preferred.
BOSIET/MIST certificates valid.
ERT/HERTL/HLO/Fire Team Leader may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

Maintain scaffolding and oversee all aspects of construction & fabric maintenance.
Carry out weekly scaffold inspections & record keeping updating registers.
Ensure rigging / erection work is completed in compliance with LOLER regulations and to a high standard of safety.
Understand Lift Plans.
Undertake Risk Assessments (RA) to complete work scope safely.
