Cardo Group is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join our Bristol team. The role covers maintenance, repairs, and installations in social housing properties, with the ability to perform plumbing, basic electrical work, and tiling where qualified.

The ideal candidate will bring carpentry expertise, a CSCS card, and a valid UK driving license, supporting us in delivering safe, high-quality homes across the region.

Qualificações

• Experience as a multi-skilled carpenter in social housing or residential properties.
• Skilled in carpentry, joinery, and general maintenance.
• Full UK driving license.
• CSCS card is typically required.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry and Joinery.

Responsabilidades

• Install and repair kitchen units and wood structures.
• Carry out repairs in social housing properties.
• Joinery work, shelving, cabinets, and fittings.
• Light plumbing and electrical tasks where qualified.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and site standards.
• Keep records of work orders and materials used.
