Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Carpenter to join a busy property maintenance team delivering repairs across residential properties. This is a long-term contract with full-time hours and competitive rates.

You will undertake carpentry repairs, door hanging, kitchen and bathroom works, and other multi-trade tasks in occupied homes, ensuring high standards of workmanship and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven carpentry experience within a maintenance environment.
• Ability to carry out a range of multi-trade repairs.
• Full UK Driving Licence and strong communication with residents.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out all aspects of carpentry repairs and maintenance
• Hanging doors, fitting locks and carrying out basic joinery works
• Kitchen and bathroom repairs
• Reactive and planned maintenance tasks
• Completing additional basic trade works where required
