Job summary

Sodexo is recruiting a Building Maintenance Multi-Skilled Operative for Sullom Voe Terminal. The role covers first-line maintenance, reactive and planned tasks, and collaboration with electricians, HVAC engineers and mechanics.

The candidate should have a trade background in joinery, plumbing or related building trades, with an apprenticeship or equivalent experience, and hold a full UK driving licence. Basic Disclosure Scotland checks apply.

Qualifications

• Trade background in joinery, plumbing or building trades with apprenticeship.
• CSCS card or equivalent site competence required.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across the site including plumbing, joinery and carpentry repairs.
• Maintain accurate work orders, respond to Helpdesk requests, and ensure safe, timely task completion.
• Support senior trades and project teams with material handling and site activities.
