• Experience in building maintenance or a skilled trade.
• Strong background in at least one core trade and capability to undertake varied tasks.
• Reliable, organised and professional with a practical hands-on approach.
• Flexible and able to work across multiple customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive maintenance, repairs and general building works on site.
• Attend a variety of commercial, office, residential and specialist properties across the West Midlands.
• Deliver a professional service to customers while on site.
