Platform Housing Group invites skilled roofers to join our East Lincolnshire team. The role covers maintenance and repair of properties, with duties including patch repairs, refurbishments, and roof installations. We value teamwork and reliability; a driving licence is required for this mobile position, and a DBS check will be completed. Time served or a roofing qualification is a beneficial addition.

• Full current valid driving licence is essential as this is a mobile role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair roofs on our properties in Lincolnshire.
• Carry out patch repair work and refurbishments.
• Install and replace roofs (tile, slate, felting, flat roofs).
• Work on ridge/hip tiles, chimneys, flashing, gutters and downpipes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and be a friendly, communicative team member.

Calling all Roofers in Lincolnshire!

Have you got the right tools for the job?

What could you be doing?

Responsible for the maintenance and repair of ourproperties, you'll be completing patch repair work and refurbishments. You will be able to install and replace roofs, and be competent to deliver:

• Tile and slate
• Felting roofs
• Flat roofs
• Ridge and hip tiles
• Chimneys
• Flashing
• Pointing
• Rainwater gutters and down pipes

We want somebody who can:

A team player, you'll be hard working and keen to learn with a can-do attitude. You'll be working in people's homes, so you'll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication skills.You'll also need to be organised and recognise the importance of delivering good customer service.

Some things we need from you:

• You'll have significant roofing experience
• Time served or a roofing qualification will be a benefit

There is also the opportunity to earn additional from being on the out of hours rota as required.

This role is for a team based in East Lincolnshire you will need to live in this area.
