Platform Property Care, part of Platform Housing Group, is seeking a Multi Skill Trades Groundsworker to maintain and improve homes in Malvern, Bromyard, Ledbury and surrounding areas. The role involves slab laying, brickwork, roofing repairs, fencing installation and drainage tasks, with a focus on right-first-time results.

The ideal candidate will have social housing maintenance experience, multi-trades skills, a full UK driving licence, and a Basic DBS check.

Qualificações

• Experience in Social Housing maintenance.
• Understanding of providing service and delivering responsive repairs.
• Multi Trades skills including external groundswork and building work.
• Roofing repair experience and knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Basic DBS check.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and improve customers' homes in Malvern, Bromyard, Ledbury and surrounding areas.
• Lay slabs, brickwork, repair roofs, and install/repair fencing.
• Assist with drainage improvements where required.
• Work as part of a team and also independently to complete tasks to a high standard.
• Ensure work is carried out with safety and quality first.
• Communicate with customers to deliver right-first-time outcomes.

Platform Property Carehaveagreat opportunity for a Multi Skill Trades Groundsworker to help us maintain and improve our customers' homes in Malvern, Bromyard, Ledbury and the surrounding areas.

As part of our talented team, you will have the skills tolayslabbing, brickwork, repair roofs and install and repair fencing. If you have some experience of drainagetoo then you really should get in touch!

On top of this we need you to be friendly, approachable, and focused on getting it right first time for our customers. You will have a passion for detail and the ability to work on your own initiative.

We want somebody who has

• Experience in Social Housing maintenance
• Understanding of providing service and delivering responsive repairs

• Maintenance refurbishment experience
• Expertise in external groundswork and building skills
• Roofing repairsexperience and knowledge
• Team skills but can work independently at times
• A full UK driving licence
• As you will be working in customer's homes you will need a Basic DBS check.

This role is for a team that covers Malvern, Bromyard, Ledbury and the surrounding areas so you will need to live here.
