Job summary

Platform Property Care, part of Platform Housing Group, is seeking a reliable, team‑oriented worker to carry out property maintenance in customers' homes across Leicester, Market Harborough and Northampton. You will be friendly, organised and focused on doing work right first time, with a can‑do attitude and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Housing maintenance.
• Experience of providing property maintenance and repairs to an excellent standard.
• Multi trades skills – basic knowledge of fencing, bricklaying and decorating would be advantageous.
• Sound labouring experience in the building industry.
• Experience of working in customers' homes.
• Team skills but can work independently at times.
• Full current valid driving licence essential as this is a mobile role.
• A DBS check is needed.

We want somebody who has:

• Experience in Social Housing maintenance- desirable but not essential
• Understanding and experienceof providing property maintenance and repairs to an excellent standard
• Multi Trades skills – a basic knowledge of trades including fencing, bricklaying and decorating would be advantageous
• Sound labouring experience in the building industry
• Experience of working in Customer's homes
• Team skills but can work independently at times too
• Full current validdriving Licenceessential as this is a mobile role
• Plus, as you will be working in customers' homes a DBS check is needed
