Are you a Multi Skill Trades Carpenter based in Skegness or the surrounding area?

Platform Property Care is seeking an experienced Multi Skill Trades Carpenter to join our Responsive Repairs team, maintaining and improving homes in Skegness and nearby towns.

The role primarily focuses on carpentry, but experience in other trades such as plumbing, plaster patching, decorating, and wall tiling is advantageous.

The position offers variety, customer interaction, and the opportunity to work with a supportive team. High standards and a can-do attitude are essential.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a team player, hardworking, eager to learn, and approachable
• Has good communication and customer service skills
• Is organized and committed to delivering quality work first time

Requirements include:

• Experience as a Carpenter or multi-skilled Carpenter in the building trade
• Experience working with social landlords, housing associations, or councils
• Additional skills in plumbing, plastering, decorating, or tiling are desirable
• Proven ability to deliver multi-trade work efficiently
• Good organizational skills and experience managing job timelines
• Proficiency with IT, including PDA devices, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
• Full driving license
• DBS check required due to work in customers’ homes

Additional earning opportunities are available through participation in the out-of-hours rota.
