Calling all Roofers in Lincolnshire!!

Have you got the right tools for the job?

We're looking for an experienced and skilled Roofer to join our successful Responsive Repairs team covering the following towns in Lincolnshire: Skegness, Spilsby, Boston, Woodhall, Horncastle, Spalding, Grantham, Bourne, Sleaford, and Ingoldmells.

What could you be doing?

Responsible for the maintenance and repair of our properties, you'll be completing patch repair work and refurbishments. You will be able to install and replace roofs and be competent to deliver:

• Tile and slate
• Flat roofs
• Ridge and hip tiles
• Chimneys
• Flashing
• Pointing
• Rainwater gutters and downpipes

We want somebody who can:

A team player, you’ll be hard working and keen to learn with a can-do attitude. You’ll be working in people’s homes, so you’ll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication skills. You’ll also need to be organised and recognise the importance of delivering good customer service.

Some things we need from you:

• Significant roofing experience
• Time served or a roofing qualification (beneficial)
• Self-motivated
• Willing to learn new skills
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Experience working for a social Landlord, Housing Association, or Council
• A full driving licence
• DBS check required as you'll be working within customers' homes

There is also an opportunity to earn additional income from being on the out-of-hours rota as required.

This role is based in Skegness, Spilsby, Boston, Woodhall, Horncastle, Spalding, Grantham, Bourne, Sleaford, and Ingoldmells, so you will need to reside in this area.
