Calling all Roofers in Lincolnshire!!

Have you got the right tools for the job?

We're looking for an experienced and skilled Roofer to join our successful Responsive Repairs team covering towns in Lincolnshire including Skegness, Spilsby, Boston, Woodhall, Horncastle, Spalding, Grantham, Bourne, Sleaford, and Ingoldmells.

What could you be doing?

Responsible for maintenance and repair of properties, completing patch repairs and refurbishments. You should be able to install and replace roofs and deliver services such as:

• Tile and slate roofing
• Flat roofs
• Ridge and hip tiles
• Chimneys
• Flashing
• Pointing
• Rainwater gutters and downpipes

We want somebody who can:

Be a team player, hardworking, eager to learn, with a can-do attitude. Since you'll work in people's homes, friendliness, approachability, and good communication skills are essential. Organisation and a commitment to excellent customer service are also important.

Some things we need from you:

• Significant roofing experience
• Time served or a roofing qualification (beneficial)
• Self-motivated
• Willing to learn new skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience with social landlords, housing associations, or councils
• Full driving license
• DBS check required due to working in customers' homes

Additional earning opportunities are available through participation in the out-of-hours rota.

This role is based in areas including Skegness, Spilsby, Boston, Woodhall, Horncastle, Spalding, Grantham, Bourne, Sleaford, and Ingoldmells. Applicants should reside in these areas.
