Qualifications

• Experience in Continuous Improvement, Programme Management or Operations within manufacturing.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements beyond workshops.
• Strong Lean / Toyota Production System knowledge and practical application.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver transformation activity across multiple sites, driving measurable improvements in performance.
• Roll out and embed Business Operating System tools, ensuring adoption and sustained use.
• Lead end-to-end improvement initiatives (Kaizen, A3) from scoping to delivery and follow-up.
• Support growth projects including line setup, capacity expansion and ramp-up.
• Coach and train site teams in Lean, A3 thinking and practical CI tools.
