Job summary

Kinetech in the United Kingdom is recruiting an IT Project Manager to join a newly formed Digital delivery team. The role is permanent with hybrid working—3 days onsite and 2 days remote—to support a range of change initiatives across applications, infrastructure, cyber and cloud-enabled projects.

You will own governance, coordinate internal and third-party teams, manage risks, and help mature PMO practices while delivering multiple projects with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering IT projects across applications, infrastructure, and cyber domains.
• Solid stakeholder management across technical and business teams.
• Experience juggling multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive, autonomous, and energetic with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own governance including RAID logs and project plans.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers.
• Identify risks early and escalate as needed.
• Support development of PMO standards and ways of working.
• Drive delivery pace with a collaborative, outcomes-focused approach.
