Job summary

The Boulevard Primary Partnership invites applications for a Site Manager to join our federation of three schools in Milton Keynes. The role covers maintenance, security and health and safety across Downs Barn, Conniburrow and Germander Park sites, with a varied workload requiring initiative and teamwork.

The position runs 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, across all year round. Strong reliability, flexibility and motivation are essential to support a busy school community.

Qualifications

• Experience in site management or facilities leadership.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance and contractor works.
• Strong health and safety awareness and checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure the school premises and site across three sites.
• Conduct weekly and monthly health and safety checks.
• Supervise cleaning team and other contractors; arrange routine maintenance.
• Be flexible and proactive, able to work on your own and as part of a team.
• Work across The Boulevard Primary Partnership’s three school sites in Milton Keynes.
