The Learning Partnership Trust is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee two primary school sites, ensuring safe, clean and welcoming environments for pupils and staff.

You will manage daily site operations, carry out basic repairs, coordinate inspections and work across Dove Bank Primary School and Castle Primary School. The role is permanent, 30 hours per week, 52 weeks a year.

Formación

• Experience in site management, caretaking, maintenance or similar.
• Practical, organised and able to work independently.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Committed to a safe, welcoming environment for children, staff and visitors.
• Capable of basic repairs, maintenance and site inspections.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexible, reliable and proud of your work.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day‑to‑day management and maintenance of two school sites to keep buildings and grounds safe, secure and well presented.
• Support safeguarding and promote welfare of children and staff; ensure DBS pre‑employment checks are completed.
• Liaise with leaders and staff to coordinate works and share access across Dove Bank and Castle Primary Schools.
