The Genuine Dining Company is seeking a Relief Chef / Chef Manager to drive menu innovation and mentor kitchen teams across multiple Midlands sites. You’ll ensure consistency with HACCP standards and lead a culture of food safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate required.
• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent.
• Proven skills in menu planning and high-volume production.
• Strong food presentation, quality control and dietary management.
• Experience leading kitchen teams and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive menu innovation and maintain high food safety standards across sites.
• Mentor kitchen teams and ensure consistent quality and HACCP compliance.
• Lead modern cooking techniques and cost-aware menu development.
• Plan menus, manage dietary requirements, and optimise production.
• Provide coaching to deliver engaging, premium experiences for guests.
