Job summary

The Genuine Dining Co. is seeking a Relief Chef to support multiple Kent sites, delivering consistent, high-quality meals across contract catering operations.

You'll lead site kitchens, mentor teams, manage GP% and cost control, and drive seasonal menus and initiatives while upholding rigorous standards and food safety across all locations. No late night working, home by 7:30pm, car allowance and mileage paid.

• Chef experience, ideally with large-volume kitchens.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Creative, with a focus on innovation and consistent quality.
• Experience managing budgets and GP%
• Committed to raising culinary standards.
