Job summary

Inshore Support Limited, a specialist provider of supported living and residential services in the West Midlands, seeks a Duel Registered Manager to oversee two residential sites and lead a vigilant care team. You will drive service quality, safeguard residents, and ensure the day-to-day operation aligns with CQC standards, aiming for GOOD ratings while developing staff and expanding services.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership/management role.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC Standards & Regulations.
• NVQ/Diploma in Social Care and Management Level 5 or working towards.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Hold CQC registration for two residential care services specialising in providing personal care / providing to support to those with learning disabilities.
• Lead, manage, and develop service teams to deliver outstanding care and support.
• Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and risk management.
• Monitor service quality through audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train, supervise, and develop staff to achieve excellent performance and development themselves within the Company.
• Build positive relationships with service users, families, healthcare professionals, commissioners, and external agencies.
• Ensure care plans and support arrangements are person-centred and outcome-focused.
• Prepare for and lead regulatory inspections and external audits.
