Job summary

Escape in Grangemouth, Scotland, is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager on a 6-month FTC to lead procurement across multiple Scottish locations. You will drive sourcing, contracts and supplier relationships, delivering value and stability to the function.

You will work with site teams, Finance and stakeholders, set priorities, coach the team, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements while embedding governance.

Qualifications

• Extensive procurement experience across multi-site operations.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach and direct teams.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate into procurement actions.
• Hands-on with attention to detail when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement across multiple Scottish locations and set priorities.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, support and direction.
• Collaborate with site teams, Finance and stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Manage sourcing, tendering, commercial negotiations, contracts and key supplier relationships.
• Identify cost savings, efficiencies and better value.
• Use spend data to identify opportunities and improve procurement performance.
• Ensure governance, policies and processes are followed.
• Share best practice with Group Procurement to maximise buying.
• Support continuous improvement across procurement processes.
