Qualifikationen

• A Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum) or Early Years degree or QBE.
• Good understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted frameworks.
• Proactive, solution-focused mindset and natural leadership style.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
