Qualifications
A Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum) or Early Years degree or QBE.
Good understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted frameworks.
Proactive, solution-focused mindset and natural leadership style.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
