Job summary

Apleona Hsg Facility Management is recruiting a Regional Facilities Manager to lead FM teams across a group of client manufacturing sites in the East Midlands area. The role focuses on coordinating hard and soft services on-site, ensuring compliant and efficient operations, and reporting to the Account Director.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience in manufacturing environments, multi-site oversight, and the ability to train and develop teams to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment managing a multi-site portfolio.
• Experience training and developing a team to maintain high standards.
• Excellent knowledge of soft and hard services.
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical building services, design, operation and maintenance desirable.
• Understanding of budgeting, management and control techniques.
• Knowledge of service provision contracts and contract administration procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety (IOSH/NEBOSH desirable).
• Flexible working hours to serve the client.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Full UK driving licence with access to personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead FM teams for hard and soft services across client sites.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations on the ground and on-site services per IFM requirements.
• Report to the Account Director and liaise with client and project teams.
• Ensure alignment with overarching strategic objectives.
