Job summary

FRC Group is seeking a Health, Safety, Facilities and Compliance Manager to lead safety, facilities, compliance and business support services across its locations. You will report to the People and Culture Director and drive high standards for a safe, compliant workplace.

You will manage the Health and Safety team, coordinate audits, and oversee facilities management, supplier relationships and asset controls while supporting continuous improvement and organisational resilience.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent Health and Safety qualification) required.
• Experience leading Health and Safety within a multi-site operational environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of Health and Safety legislation and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Health, Safety and Compliance across FRC Group locations.
• Maintain risk assessments, accident reporting and investigation processes.
• Coordinate ISO9001 and ISO14001 management systems and audits.
