Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking a Multi-site Hotel Manager to lead two Premier Inn hotels, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong operational results. You’ll motivate and coach Hotel Managers, oversee daily operations including bar and kitchen, and drive compliance and safety across sites.

You will develop your teams, spot commercial opportunities, and align with regional plans while maintaining our brand standards and guest-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a complex/high profile business with hierarchy and matrix structure.
• Experience coaching and developing large teams to achieve business goals.
• Strong leadership with experience working with multiple business partners.
• Excellent team management and communication with a warm, genuine approach and ability to engender trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Hotel Managers across two hotels to deliver service, results and compliance.
• Oversee daily operations within hotels, including bar and kitchen, to maintain Premier Inn standards.
• Understand the bigger picture and drive improvement and identify commercial opportunities.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotels.
