Premier Inn in Marlborough is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead daily operations and deliver outstanding guest service. You will manage a multi-discipline team across front of house, housekeeping, and maintenance, upholding Premier Inn brand standards and safety policies.

What you’ll do:

Lead and motivate our team of Front of House and Housekeeping , b ack of House, Maintenance to ensure outstanding service and compliance with our brand standards

Work with the team to m anage daily operations within the hotel, including the bar and kitchen, to keep u s the UK’s number one

U nderstand the bigger picture and what really matters in your hotel to drive improvement and spot commercial opportunities

Ensure hea lth and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and o versee food service operations to maintain ou r high-quality standards

What you’ll need:

Previous management experience in the hospitality industry or similar environment where you led a team to success

Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service

Excellent team management and communication skills with a warm, genuine approach to people and a capacity to engender trust and win support at all levels

Commitment to safety and maintaining high standards of service
