Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead our Dream Team and elevate guest satisfaction at a top UK hotel. You’ll drive daily operations, ensure safety, and foster a high-performing team that embodies our famous culture.

You’ll manage Front of House and Housekeeping to deliver outstanding service, while spotting commercial opportunities and maintaining brand standards across the hotel.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and motivate our team of Front of House and Housekeeping to ensure outstanding service and compliance with our brand standards
• Work with the team to m anage daily operations within the hotel, including the bar and kitchen, to keep u s the UK’s number one
• U nderstand the bigger picture and what really matters in your hotel to drive improvement and spot commercial opportunities
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and to maintain our high-quality standards

What you’ll need:

• Previous management experience in the hospitality industry or similar environment where you led a team to success
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service
• Excellent team management and communication skills with a warm, genuine approach to people and a capacity to engender trust and win support at all levels
• Commitment to safety and maintaining high standards of service
