Job summary

Colicci Limited in London is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to lead daily operations across our Central London Royal Parks sites. You will support the General Operations Manager and guide up to 50 staff during peak season, ensuring service excellence and smooth back-office processes.

You should bring 2+ years of management and multi-site experience, barista training with La Marzocco, and Food Safety/Health & Safety Level 2+.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Experience coordinating across multiple sites.
• Barista training with La Marzocco equipment preferred.
• Experience with soft serve ice cream machines.
• Food Safety and Health & Safety Level 2+ certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple sites and coordinate teams.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, ordering supplies and stock control.
• Handle back-office financial reporting and ensure food safety and H&S compliance.
• Maintain flexible working patterns including weekends and holidays.
